How to join a group or channel
The directory helps you start searching; the final decision happens in Telegram. Follow these steps and stop if the link, topic, or request looks suspicious.
1. Start in the directory
- Use search or choose an existing category that matches the topic you want.
- Read the name, bio, chat type, and member-count update date, when available. Member counts and bios can change.
- If a category is empty, explore other categories or come back later; no results are invented to fill the page.
2. Check before opening
- Use the item's access button and observe the address that will open.
- In Telegram, confirm the name, bio, chat type, and rules again; a link does not prove that current content is safe.
- Buscar Grupos does not ask for login codes, passwords, or identity documents to browse the directory. Be wary of unexpected fees at the destination and verify the operator and terms before paying.
3. After joining
- Adjust notifications and privacy permissions to your preference.
- Observe moderation and content before participating actively.
- Leave and report the chat if it does not match the topic, asks for inappropriate data, or presents a risk.
If the invitation link does not work
Return to the directory and check the current button. Invites may be revoked, groups may change, or your account may be restricted by the administrator. If access still fails, report the listing through the bot; access is not guaranteed for every account.
